Due to the personal and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Refund Policy
While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If your item goes missing during shipping (and the error in address is from our side), if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a resolution. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund for damaged or defective products.
